Biltmore Village is a 14,000 sq. ft. mixed-use project located in the Biltmore shopping district of Asheville. To tie the building in with the neighborhood, elements of the Biltmore Village vernacular; brick quoins, half timbering, and pebble dash, were adopted for the building's exterior.

At street level, the building's retail space is occupied by restaurants, a spa, and a boutique. Above the retail space, eight residential condos featuring hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and vaulted ceilings with skylights, look down to the courtyard below.
