A 4.8-acre site in Charlotte, N.C. The apartments were developed as part of the City of Charlotte Affordable Housing Program.The units were designed with family residents in mind; the units are designed for families with an income of 40% of the median income for a family of four. A leasing office building is provided with a community room for the tenants and community organizations to use for seminars and self help programs.
