This 25 unit apartment project for HIV disabled people was developed on a 2 1/2 acre infill site
surrounded by large mature trees. The steeply sloping grade represented a challenge for designing a completely accessible site and buildings. We approached the design with both individual and family needs in mind. The site was zoned with a common green area connecting the Adult Commons Building with the quadraplexes and the Children's Commons Building and play area. The project allows both private and public outdoor spaces. This is a combination of one, two, and three bedroom units, all designed for disabled tenants.
