Lincoln Heights Elderly Apartments was developed for the Northwest Corridor Community Development Corporation as part of a neighborhood revitalization plan for an area that had been neglected and fell prey to absentee landlords. This building has 60 one bedroom apartments that support independently living elderly people. This project has many community spaces to encourage social activities within the facility as well as bring in activities from the surrounding community.
