Merritt Park Condominiums is a three story residential building with comercial office space in half on the first floor.

The residential units are one and two bedrooms ranging from 690 to 1034 square feet each. The commercial space will house new offices for Mountain Housing Opportunities; the developer of this project and many others in the greater Asheville area. Amenities include a balcony and laundry facilities for each unit, as well as a communal space and a generous central courtyard.
