Park Square is mixed use project that features 35 Townhomes and a building that includes 12 residential flats and 12 units of office and retail space on the first floor. This is the first high-density downtown housing project in the town of Matthews.

The townhomes range from 1152 to 1806 square feet. The residential flats range from 1018 to 1223 square feet. Second floor residential flats have recessed balconies and the business condos on the first floor have recessed entrances.
